Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University was founded in 1998 in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. - Applicants who are applying for the BLIS program require a UG degree.
Postgraduate Courses:

B.Ed Program:

Ph.D Program:
- Applicants must 2 Master’s degree and 4-year bachelor’s degree from any recognized University.
- The minimum 55% marks are required (50% for SC/ST/OBC/EWS) or an MPhil degree.
UPRTOU Entrance Exam 2025
- UPRTOU B.Ed. Entrance Exam: The University has conducted the BEd entrance for admission, and the registration process is likely to begin on 10 May 2025, and the deadline will be 31 May 2025. UPRTOU BEd entrance exam will be conducted on 15 June 2025 for the 2025-26 academic session.
