VMOU Admission 2025-26: The online admission process is ongoing at the Kota Open University for the academic session July 2025-26. About Vardhman Mahaveer Open University

Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU), formerly known as Kota Open University, was founded in 1987. VMOU offers open and distance learning courses at UG, PG, Diploma, Certificate, and Doctoral levels in disciplines like Arts, Commerce, Science, Management, Education, and Research. VMOU offers a total of 20 courses at the PG level and 06 courses at the UG level in the July 2025-26 academic session, including BA, BSc, BEd, MBA, MA, MSc, MCom, Diploma, and Certificate courses. VMOU Admission 2025-26

Kota Open University has started admission on 14 May 2025 for all UG, PG, Diploma, and Certificate courses for the July 2025-26 academic session. The courses are offered at the UG level by VMOU with an average fee ranging between INR 5,800 and INR 27,180.

VMOU B.Ed Admission 2025-26

VMOU offers admission to 2 2-year Bachelor of Education (BEd) program for the July 2025-26 academic session. Admission is ongoing, and the last date to submit the online application form for the VMOU BEd program is 31 July 2025. VMOU Kota Open University admission is done based on the entrance examination conducted by the University. 

The applicants who have completed a UG degree with 50% marks and have In-service teaching working experience in primary/secondary school are eligible to apply for VMOU BEd admission 2025-26. The University grants admission to 500 students annually to the BEd program. Vardhman Mahaveer Open University BEd program fee is INR 27,180 for the first year and INR 30,480 for the second year.

VMOU PG Admission 2025

Kota Open University registrations are open for all PG courses under the July 2025 academic session, and the applicants can apply through the official website. The deadline to submit the online application form for VMOU Kota PG admission 2025 is 31 July 2025. Vardhman Mahaveer Open University offers postgraduate admissions in disciplines like MA, MSc, MCom, MBA, and other courses. The applicants are required a bachelor’s degree from any recognized University to become eligible for admission.

Kota Open University PG courses are offered in streams like Arts, Science, Commerce, Management, Library Science, and Computer Applications. VMOU PhD Admission 2025

Vardhman Mahaveer Open University offers admission to PhD programs in the Science, Commerce, Arts, Social Sciences, Education, and Management departments. The PhD admission process for the cycle 2025-26 will start very soon at VMOU by inviting the application form on the official website. Kota Open University PhD Admission is granted based on an entrance examination, followed by an interview. The average range of the PhD program at VMOU ranges from INR 30,000 per year.

VMOU Admission Eligibility Criteria
